Shipping Policy

Workwear Bazaar (ABN: 54 201 129 649) delivers Australia-wide from our warehouse in Southern River, Perth, Western Australia. We work with trusted carriers including Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and StarTrack to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Not all products displayed on our website are held at our Southern River warehouse at all times. If you would like to confirm stock availability before ordering, please contact us on 0482 051 298 before placing your order.

2. Order Dispatch Times

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order will be dispatched according to the following timeframes:

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances. Workwear Bazaar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once the order has been dispatched.

Deliveries are made on business days only. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • A complete and accurate delivery address must be provided at checkout. Workwear Bazaar is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • By default, our carriers will leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is home (Authority to Leave). If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please add a note at checkout specifying 'No Authority to Leave'. In this case, a calling card will be left and you will need to arrange redelivery or collection from your local depot.
  • Some deliveries may require a signature on arrival. You will be notified by the carrier if this applies to your order.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Order Fulfilment

To ensure the fastest possible delivery to you, orders may be dispatched from our Southern River, Perth warehouse or directly from our trusted Australian supplier partners, depending on stock availability at the time of your order.

All supplier partners are carefully selected and quality-verified by Workwear Bazaar. This fulfilment method does not affect your consumer rights or the quality of service you receive. In all cases, you will receive tracking information for your order.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time with the carrier.

8. Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Southern River, WA warehouse during store hours.

  • Please do not visit to collect your order until you have received a confirmation email or phone call from Workwear Bazaar advising your order is ready for collection.
  • Bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when collecting.
  • Orders not collected within 14 days of the collection-ready notification may be returned to stock.

9. Changing Your Delivery Address

You may request a delivery address change provided your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse or supplier. Please contact us immediately after placing your order:

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched and is in the hands of the carrier.

10. Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we take every care to package your orders securely, issues can occasionally occur during transit. Please follow these steps:

  1. Damaged on arrival: Take photographs of the damage and the packaging immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@workwearbazaar.com.au with your order number and photos.
  2. Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

We will work with you to resolve any issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

11. Pre-Order Items

  • Estimated arrival dates shown on pre-order products are provided by our suppliers and are indicative only.
  • Arrival dates may be subject to supplier delays of approximately one week.
  • If your order contains both in-stock items and a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available.
  • To receive your in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order from any pre-order items.
