10. Inspection & Acceptance of Goods

Upon receiving your delivery, you are responsible for inspecting the goods promptly. If you notice any fault, damage, or discrepancy, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@workwearbazaar.com.au with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Failure to report damage or faults promptly may affect your ability to make a claim, except where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

  • A restocking fee of $20 or 15% (whichever is greater) may apply to change-of-mind returns
  • Clearance items, special-order items, and custom-decorated garments cannot be returned

Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale on our Website are sold at a reduced price and cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund or exchange.
